At Phytomo, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, a return or replacement may be accepted only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a defective product
You received an incorrect product
2. Reporting an Issue
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include:
Your order ID
Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging
A brief description of the issue
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your request, our team will review the evidence shared.
If approved:
A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, or
A refund will be processed (if replacement is unavailable)
Phytomo reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. No Return / No Refund Conditions
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Product dissatisfaction after use
Minor differences in texture, fragrance, or colour (as skincare formulations may vary slightly)
Allergic reactions (we recommend a patch test before use)
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
